The PM will have a supervisory role with student workers and potentially a full time staff member, and will need to review their work and be able to guide them on literature reviews and basic data coding and cleaning. The PM will need to work with statistical analysts to ensure they are completing research aims.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree preferred in a Health related field. This person should have an understanding of the healthcare system and a desire to expand this knowledge base. This person should have prior experience in an academic research environment and experience working on academic papers. Authorship on an academic paper is preferred. Experience managing student workers or interns in a previous position is also preferred. The successful candidate will be extremely well organized and resourceful. The project manager must be quantitatively and analytically skilled, thrive in multi-tasking environments, and be a self-starter with a results orientation. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is required. Experience with Endnote, and statistical software such as R, STATA, and/or SAS is preferred. We are a data-driven team and experience with data visualization and creating publication-quality graphics is preferred. The project manager will interact with a variety of faculty members, staff, external partners, and students throughout the university, so strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. The project manager will manage student workers and work with postdoctoral researchers and other staff members. High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail will be vital to success in the position. The project manager should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
