Note: One-year Appointment starting August 2021Nature of WorkThis position reports directly to the Program Director in the Couple & Family Therapy Program, and is responsible for teaching graduate courses in the couple and family therapy program and providing clinical supervision to practicum students and interns. This position supervises graduate students. Areas of Responsibility / Scope of Research- Teach 2 graduate level courses/semester under mentorship Provide live, triadic, and group supervision in our in-house clinicParticipate in program meetings, admissions interviews, and trainingsBi-weekly professional development meetings
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited COAMFTE PhD program
- Minimum of [2] year(s) experience in teaching
- Minimum of [3] year(s) experience in couple and family therapy clinical work
- AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate
- Demonstrated ability/proficiency/excellence computer software, equipment operation, or research technical skills
- Licensed or license eligible LMFT or related mental health field in the state of Colorado
- Funding for this position requires that the selected individual hold US citizenship or a US permanent residence.
- Proof of completion of AAMFT Approved supervisor training
