PT Administrative Assistant- Career and Leadership Development
Buena Vista University (BVU) seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a part-time Administrative Assistant for Career and Leadership Development. This position assists with comprehensive career and leadership development programs assist, management and promotion of campus-wide career and leadership development initiatives through website updates, digital and printed signage, and various social media platforms. In addition this position will manage budgets for departments in Student Success, maintain credit card receipts and statements.
Qualified applicants must be able to work effectively with a broad range of students and demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills with a student-centered orientation. An Associate’s degree is required and 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant position is preferred.
