Job Summary:

Provide systems administration, configuration, security policies, integrations, and technical support for various ERP and 3rd-party systems for all finance-related operations of the University.

Provide support for report design and development, process documentation, and the development of training materials, tutorials, and website content related to accounting and finance operations of the University.

Job Description:

Partner and coordinate with appropriate functional staff and organizations to design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other Workday tools.

Maintain and run critical integrations that interface with Workday finance and payroll systems. These include integrations with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), PeopleSoft, TMA systems, and Adaptive Insights (AI).

As a systems admin for various ERP and third-party solutions, provide configuration, security policies, access, technical support, and training materials for functional users. Applications include; Workday, PeopleSoft, CASHnet, Box.com, Monday.com, Trello, Canvas, and Screencast-o-Matic.

Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement for Workday Finance business processes and systems solutions.

Regularly perform system data audits and validation, and follow up with appropriate teams for corrections.

Partner with EIS and Finance functional staff to support data collection from various systems for year-end tax reporting requirements, as well as in other situations throughout the year.

Partner with HR, Finance, and EIS staff as well as teams from sister institutions to design, prioritize, and implement new functionality, and to review, test, and deploy system updates.

Support other technical needs of financial services staff, including hardware and software support, trouble-shooting, and liaison with OIT customer support representatives as needed.
