Position Scope
Supervises, trains, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned employees.
Performs work of the type supervised.
Provides consultation for projects and/or procedures that involve creating, maintaining or changing wardrobe needs.
Requirements
Must have an in-depth knowledge of professional wardrobe and costume operations, including OSHA rules and regulations.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of the various types of cultural costumes used in the seven cultural areas represented at PCC, and be able to create them using both traditional and non-traditional materials.
Must know how to use the types of cleaning agents, dyes, tools, equipment, and machines associated with professional wardrobe and costuming operations.
Must have good eye sight and manual dexterity, be capable of a full range of body movement, and be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Should be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
Must attach resume current semester class schedule (weekly view).
