Temporary Position

The University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Associate for the Viral Immunology Laboratory within the Department of Biomedical and Diagnostic Sciences. This is a full-time, grant funded position, under the direction of Dr. Barry Rouse. The Post-Doctoral Research Associate will assist the Director with managing viral immunology laboratory routines and training graduate students. Research will focus on herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection in mice with a view to both devising successful vaccines and more particularly to determine how HSV cause tissue damage in critical tissues such as the eye and nervous system.



Qualifications
Qualifications:
