Shift:M-F 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; evening and weekends as needed for special projects or events.
Job Summary:The College of Social Work (CoSW) is seeking an Administrative Support Associate. This position will be responsible for assisting faculty and staff with office and clerical duties, including supply inventory and ordering, data entry, copying, distribution of reports and correspondence, and performing other routine clerical duties that support the operations of CoSW. This position will represent the College of Social Work as the receptionist at Patterson Office Tower (POT) location and will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors. Additionally, this position will answer calls, route callers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a diverse team member, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Candidates should possess excellent computer and data entry skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
