The Assistant Patient Care Manager (A-PCM), UK Good Samaritan, provides clinical and managerial oversight on the shifts that he/she is assigned. The A-PCM supports the Patient Care Managers of both the Medicine (Universal Bed model) and the Behavioral Health Service lines to develop nursing staff at all levels to ensure nursing practice that supports exemplary patient care, compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards and exceptional patient experience. Responsible for direct supervision of staff and support of patient care manager.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
