(Contingent upon available funding): 14.00 - 15.77, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically M-F, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Academic Assistant will support the program in administrative and academic duties. Assistant will coordinate applicants for interviews and plan interview days on campus. The assistant will serve as enrollment manager for students and establish and maintain grades and attendance databases. The assistant will assist in the set up and administration of scheduling lectures and labs for each semester, arrange travel and conference registrations, renew all professional memberships, schedule appointments, and other administrative duties. Assistant will assist in maintaining relationships with clinical sites and preceptors and serve as a committee member for Program committees as designated.

- High School diploma/GED, technical or vocational school
- Two (2) years of college or vocation/technical training or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to sustain healthy relationships with students, staff and faculty. Must have superior attention to detail. Understanding of Medical Terminology. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
