The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Emergency Medicine has an opening for a full-time Instructor position.

Nature of Work:

Position Emphasis:

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position has been established at $220,000 to $235,000.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic degree, board certification in Pediatrics.
  • Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
  • Board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
Conditions of Employment:

  • Must successfully pass a drug test through Children’s Hospital Colorado
  • Must be willing and able to pass a national criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound
Competencies:

  • Ability to handle fast paced acute care environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and teamwork mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication styles to work with our diverse patient population.
