Accounts Receivable Analyst - Student Account Services

Position Summary:

The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Analyst is to manage aging balances, support the audit function of the collection team, and to assist the customer service team with phone and email support.

Location: Open to applicants that live in IN, OH, or KY.

Reporting Relationships:

Collections Supervisor

Education Requirements:

Associate’s degree or the equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review available reports to identify aging balances and resolve the issue. Frequent email and phone contact with students to inform of balances and work out solution. Perform account balance verification process upon student completion or withdrawal. Support the Customer Service Team by assisting with reports, answering calls, or responding to emails.

    2 years’ experience in a related field, collections experience preferred.
    Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
    Be a resourceful problem-solver/analytical thinker.
    Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
    Ability to maintain composure and project confidence during difficult conversations.
