Job Description:

The Gray Gallery at ECU School of Art and Design is currently seeking Gray Gallery Assistants. We are a small team, interested in creating a hands-on experience for students. Candidates must be organized, able to work independently and carry themselves in a professional manner.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Responsibility of monitoring the gallery, assistance in exhibition preparation and documentation, basic art-handling (i.e. art storage, protection and organization), and helping direct guests as they view exhibitions.

This is a flexible position, two-three days a week during gallery hours Monday-Friday, 10am–5pm. Typical shifts will be 10am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-5pm but can work around class schedules and will be determined by supervisor.

Must bring printed copy of Federal Work Study Hiring Authorization Form.

Hourly rate will be $10 per hour.
