Tracking Code1741 Job DescriptionThe Enrollment Service Advisors provide direct customer service and counseling in-person, on the telephone, and through email to students and other clients for seven offices within Enrollment & Student Administration. Using comprehensive knowledge of the policies and procedures of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Assistance, the Office of the University Registrar, Student Employment, and the University Service Center, Enrollment Service Advisors advise students and resolve client problems and concerns. This position provides service that is personal, professional, and confidential to prospective and enrolled students, families, alumni, University faculty and administrators, high school guidance counselors, and other internal and external groups. Additionally, the Enrollment Service Advisors are responsible for processing incoming daily work and handling special enrollment projects as needed.
Required Skills- A bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) is required for this position
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a university or customer service setting
- Successful applicants will also exhibit excellent organization and communication skills
