Physical Requirements:Some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 40 lbs., sitting for long periods of time.
Shift:Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; and travel average 5 overnights a month.
Job Summary:The Technology Transfer section of the Center provides services to governmental agencies and the private sector through a comprehensive transportation training program and an on-site technical assistance program. The Technology Training Specialist responsibilities include research training programs with state and federal agencies; developing new/update current training programs; and coordinating with facilitation and coordination of training programs.

Preferred Education/Experience:Experience in the development of manuals, guidebooks, presentations, hands-on activities, exams, qualification materials and course handouts per training program requirements.
Ability to assess current training programs for updated information based on guidelines
Driver’s license preferred
