Job Summary:The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute (HDI) is seeking a Regional Child Care Administrator position in Jefferson County, KY to join the Child Care Aware leadership team.
This position provides regional oversight of the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Block Grant services and provides support related to training and technical assistance services. This individual will ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in coordination with other Child Care Aware leadership team members. This will include collaborating with various professionals on the development and implementation of strategic plans; the monthly collection and analysis of project data to influence project-level decisions and future policies and procedures; and supervising staff activities to meet the objectives of CCDF.
This position will require travel in the Jefferson region as well as occasional state travel.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite; managing projects; supervising staff; and data reporting and analysis. Education and experience in administrative management. Must have the ability to travel
