Job Summary:

Provides daily support to team, ensuring consistent communication is disseminated and the appropriate feedback is given to team members on a consistent basis while escalating what is necessary. Ensures staff working at screening stations are properly organized and utilized. Assists in training screeners on proper policies and procedures related to screening, mask distribution, and enforcement of visitation guidelines. Helps manage scheduling and ensure proper staffing. Problem solve issues that arise with patients and visitors, and escalating issues as needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Organization, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to train and coach, Professional Communication, customer service, proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams. Preferred knowledge of UKHC policies and procedures.
