Salary: $24.72 - $35.41 hourly
Under the direct supervision of the Department Director or the Program Manager/Director for the Pathway program, the Administrative Assistant III supports the Pathway program and the Education Department operations. Responsibilities include: (a) coordinating Pathway student admissions, financial aid, and student enrollment processes, as well as communicating information to Pathway students and families; (b) supervising part-time interns and student assistants, and working collaboratively in the recruitment, hiring, and training processes of these team members; (c) completing, monitoring, maintaining proper documentation, and following correct procedures for all department purchasing and payment transactions; (d) assisting staff in making arrangements for special events and meetings, travel, entertainment, and facilities use; (e) Assist in Pathway student course enrolments; (f) providing support as needed to field incoming department calls and email; (g) Assist with department and program social media and dissemination of Pathway information; (h) participate with Program Directors on budget, grant and contract development, (i) Organize and manage instructor and course approval process, coordinating with SE&IS; (j) and other duties as assigned.
