Salary: $23.04 - $45.54 hourly

Position Description:
Under the general direction of the Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable, Incumbent is responsible for banking-related payment issuance and reversals within the Accounts Payable Department including, but not limited to, wires, ACH/EFT, cards and checks. Incumbent is also responsible for preparing and submitting quarterly FTB filing with payment and annual 592B and 1099 MISC filing and related corrections. Other tax responsibilities include 1042S reconciliation for Central Resource Unit.

Reports to the Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable, who provides general direction and supervision to ensure successful completion of work. Incumbent is expected to complete assignments independently following departmental guidelines and University policies. Work is reviewed, upon request, and when actions represent a deviation from standard guidelines.
