Job Summary
Responsible for managing e-commerce order fulfillment processes, managing convenient stores (The Market) merchandise inventory between all locations and assisting manager in all receiving operations, including all University Stores locations, Central Receiving and Distribution, and Convenience.


  1. Oversees e-commerce sales, including timely processing of orders, fulfilling back orders and shipping logistics for orders and assists with logistics for online order pickup locations
  2. Facilitates inter-division transfer of merchandise, including, but not limited to The Market convenience stores, all Bookstore locations, Talon Express, Copy/Print Services, and Central Receiving and Distribution
  3. Assists manager in overall operations, including the opening and closing of shared warehouse space
  4. Resolves customer service and technical issues
  5. Assists in the recruitment, hiring, training and oversight of assigned staff and student assistants
  6. Provides support to Course Materials Department with managing inventory for all e-commerce back orders, vendor ordering, and facilitating overstock returns
  7. Assists with managing and facilitating external online sales operations
  8. Establishes workflows, processes and sharable statistics for management team
  9. Coordinates deliveries for department units and helps with logistics for e-commerce pickup locations in conjunction with University Stores Operation Manager
  10. Monitors operation to contribute to the ongoing loss prevention policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia driver's license

Required Experience
Two (2) years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, materials management and/or purchasing preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Able to create workflows and measurable analytics
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

Knowledge of materials handling and processing

Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette

This is not a supervisory position.
This position does not have any financial responsibilities.
Yes, this position will be required to drive.
This role is considered a position of trust.
This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card).
This position may travel 1% - 24% of the time
This position does not require security clearance.
