Job Summary
Training and coaching employees. Assisting Supervisors with task delegation, food and health safety compliance, and developing employees.
Responsibilities
- Assists supervisor with oversight of assigned staff and monitoring of work
- Trains assigned employees according to established policies and procedures
- Ensures all employees are aware and trained in brand or unit standards
- Assists the location supervisor to include opening and closing procedures
- Assists with maintaining appropriate inventory and orders supplies as needed that comply with brand standards, health code and regulations
- Handles cash and credit/debit card transactions and completes cashier worksheets
- Responsible for oversight of position and break rotations
- Ensures compliance with all food and health related safety codes and regulations
- Ensures cleanliness of building, location and/or unit
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
One (1) year of related service experience
Preferred Qualifications

Previous leadership experience
ServSafe certified

ABILITIES
Able to delegate and monitor work flow Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of assigned location brand and guidelines Knowledge of inventory and ordering processes
SKILLS
Conflict management skills
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)

Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette

Revenue Generated: Funding for this position is based upon revenue generated funds and therefore continued employment is based on availability of these funds.
