SummaryThe Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Assessment will lead the School of Liberal Arts' strategic efforts for curriculum, including: the data-driven analyses of undergraduate and graduate enrollments and teaching resources; the assessment of learning objectives for courses and curricular units; and the oversight of committees for curriculum, academic requirements, and undergraduate awards.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Three years administrative experience to include experience working in an educational environment
- Master's degree
- Experience in a university organizational setting
- Knowledge of university assessment procedures and academic scheduling
- Competency with Salesforce, Courseleaf, Interfolio, and other educational data platforms
- Ability to project trends based on quantitative and qualitative evidence
