The successful candidate for this position will be highly organized and detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal skills. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is driven by meeting deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing timely responses to student inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
- Maintaining the general recruitment inquiry mailbox
- Communicate with applicants to ensure the applications are completed
- Communicate with newly admitted students to discuss next steps
- Other duties as assigned
Experience using MS Office productsPreferred Qualifications
Customer service experience
Experience using software applications
Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
