Assistant Teaching Professor - Illustration
The Illustration Program in the School of Art at Syracuse University welcomes applications for a full-time non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor position in the Illustration Program beginning August 2021. This position offers 3-year renewable contract based on exemplary performance and University need. An MFA in Illustration or equivalent field experience and at least three years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in established approaches supporting contemporary practices across a broad spectrum and an interest in a number of fields such as editorial and sequential illustration, licensing, and the entertainment industry.
