Job Summary:
This position is activelyinvolved in patient care and teaching medical students and residents at Collegeambulatory clinics, as well as the hospital inpatient service. Appropriateeffort and activity in clinical research and service will also be necessary aswell as a clinical record of sufficient depth.

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and restrain patients, both adults and children, observe patients visually, and communicate verbally. Ability to stand, bend, stretch, walk and run with our without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-D.O. or M.D
-Eligibility for licensurein the state of Oklahoma
-Board eligibility
-Internal Medicine Residency
-Knowledge of all areasrelated to clinic workflow
-A devoted interest ineducation

Skills Proficiencies and Knowledge:
The role requires stronganalytical skills, advanced multi-tasking skills, advanced problem solvingskills, and the ability to effectively plan. Computer skills are needed tooperate electronic medical records for inpatient and outpatient settings. Interpersonalskills are required to interact effectively with faculty, students, clients,and providers.

Preferred:
-Prefer residency trainingand teaching experience
-Prefer fellowship training,teaching experience, and clinical research experience
