General Summary of Position:

The Lab Coordinator will support the faculty and staff in the day-to-day operations of the Department of Biological Sciences’ laboratory courses.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related science or engineering field at time of hire
  • Demostrated laboratory experience in cell culture and immunological techniques

Additional Considerations:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills desired

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in higher education preferred
  • Familiarity with experimental apparatus preferred
