Job Summary
Assist in building inspections and gathering data for a Facilities Condition Assessment Report and for maintenance needs. Gather data of building maintenance for reports. Familiarity with construction and maintenance a plus. Ability to read simple floor plans, use a measuring tape, and use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
