Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale
Schedule Information: Days/evenings/weekends depending upon course schedule

The number of adjunct instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department. Your application can remain "Under Review by Committee" for 18 months. You may check your status at any time by logging into jobs.harpercollege.edu with your username and password.
Job Description: Teaches required class hours per week in a blended online and in person lab setting. Teaches courses that prepares students for a career in maintenance. This position will focus on teaching of hands on skills such as plumbing maintenance, equipment maintenance, industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
Education Requirements: AAS or higher degree in related field and/or Journeyman status and or 7 years’ experience in related filed.
Experience Requirements: Industry experience, certifications and teaching experience preferred.
