The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25lbs; occasionally transporting objects up to 20lbs; regularly utilizing a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); using mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.Shift:
Primarily days, additional hours may be needed on occasions depending on workload.Job Summary:
The Business Data Analyst performs a wide variety of analytical and report work. This position will collaborate with university stakeholders to develop and implement analytical solutions and make recommendations to solve complex business problems. These analytical objects can include self-service reports, extracts, dashboards, mobile objects, or data quality reports.
This position will work closely with business partners, project teams and IT teams on the analysis, design, and development, as well as work with participants to generate documented requirements for development of analytical objects. Additional duties include develop and maintain documentation for all production analytical objects and subcomponents primarily responsible for.
Experience with Finance, Billing, or Procurement data is preferred.
