Develop and implement CFC operational policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.Manage/supervise research assistants and OPS employees with ongoing project development. Coordinate purchasing, administrative compliance, marketing, and reporting activities for the CFC and its projects.

Cultivate a shared vision among all CFC staff and partners, and motivate others to transfer vision into action. Responsible for the design, management, implementation, and reporting of all projects within the CFC Center. Develops research study protocols. Ensure grant compliance.Evaluate both program and process effectiveness with end-users.Develop changes, alternatives, and adjustments to improve process.

Provide high-level communication with stakeholders. Act as the CFC Center liaison to campus and community partners.Present research findings at meetings, conferences, etc. Represent the CFC Center locally, regionally, and nationally. Assist with strategic planning for the CFC Center.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to eight years.
(Note:or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)

Effective written & verbal communication skills.

Experience with contract management.

Knowledge of project planning principles.Preferred Master's degree - social work, early childhood education, marriage & family therapy, health science discipline, or healthcare related degree.Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Soft Money Funded Position This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
