This position is responsible for gathering technical requirements, analyzing and modifying custom applications. Creates and maintains technical solutions, user interfaces, and database management across multiple platforms.
Develops, codes, tests, implements and maintains Windows, Unix and Web applications that interact with the Enrollment Management systems – student information systems, CRM, portal and various third-party sources. Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis activities and prepares detailed business requirement documents, technical specifications, user guides and other types of system documentation. Designs and builds custom applications using Node.js, Python, Puppeteer and API. Protects confidential information. Effectively utilizes Enrollment Management servers in proper source code management. Ensures software is thoroughly tested and documented prior to production release.
Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Participates in code reviews to ensure accuracy, consistent use of programming standards, and efficiency.
Contributes to long-range planning. Reviews and evaluates policies and procedures, making suggestions, and recommendations to senior leadership regarding system support, web tools, business processes and custom applications.
Adheres to Information Services change management policies and procedures. Assists in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and staffing within the Division of Enrollment Management.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years.

Experience managing and maintaining computer applications.
Ability to identify technology-based needs and solutions.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple work assignments simultaneously.Preferred A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment. Experience implementing and/or supporting a new initiative (policy, technology, procedure, etc.). Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills desired.Anticipated Salary Range Mid 40.000.00's to low 50,000.00'sPay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Schedule If not otherwise specified, schedule is M-F, 8-5.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
