Advertised Job Summary:The Business Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and budgetary support for two faculty-led living learning communities (LLCs).
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Strong organizational skills. Elementary Accounting experience. Knowledge of University business operations, policies and procedures. Ability to multitask in a very busy and interactive student community. Experience in preparing, reporting, and interpreting financial reports. Working knowledge of MS operating system (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and PowerPoint) and Google products (calendar, forms, and docs). Ability to work on a flexible basis when activities fall outside of normal working times, including nights and weekends.
