The purpose of this position is to assist in the management of the women's tennis program including coaching, recruiting, community relations, administrative duties, and camps. The position primarily works on coaching enrolled student-athletes and recruiting prospective student-athletes. This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program. This shall include adhering to the principles of the Athletic Department’s Mission Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Mission Statement, Core Values, Policies and Procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac 12 Conference, and the NCAA.

- The hiring range is $55,000.00-$60,000.00.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Two years of USPTA, PTR or NGB level coaching.
- Experience or at least one year of college level.
- Coaching experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
- Skill in playing and/or coaching tennis.
- Ability to coach tennis.
- Technique and skill to develop student athlete to advance player success.
- Ability to identify tennis talent.
- Ability to guide student athletes with academic success.
- Thorough knowledge of the NCAA Rules and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent.
- organizational skills.
- Demonstrated successful experience as a Division I collegiate player or coach.
- Experience in recruiting.
- Experience organizing tennis camps.
- A current resume.
