Job Description Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, Administrative Operations the financial coordinator will provide financial and administrative support to the Perelman School of Medicine Finance Office.

Job Description

The position will help compile and distribute monthly financial reports, maintain database for PSOM gift and endowments funds, collect budget requests to be consolidated for budget meetings, responsible for assisting faculty and staff with Purchase Orders, travel and expense management, processing journal entries, and reconciling procard activity. It is expected that this position will become familiar with both Department, Center/Institute, and University policies and procedures and make sure they are communicated effectively and implemented appropriately.

Associate Degree and 2-3 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
