Lead all aspects relevant to the registration of students in Center for Professional Education courses, including counseling prospective students on course offerings, advising them on funding options (loans, military, unemployment, etc.), and processing registrations. Counsel current students on administrative policies and procedures, and process documents related to their courses, including transcripts and certificates. Assist with marketing efforts including enrollment forecasting and website updates. Lead enrollment data and reporting. Collaborate with OUR on Evergreen program processes and procedures. Lead special projects and other tasks as the need arises.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Validated experience working with MS Excel assembling data and generating reports is required
  • Knowledge of alternative educational funding options
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to take care of challenging priorities regularly required
  • Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking to tackle issues and provide recommended solution for resolution
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to be proactive and work independently
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment collaborating with coworkers and other staff throughout the college
  • Must be organized with attention to detail
  • Must have effective communication skills both written and verbal
