Chemistry - Visiting Assistant Professor
Beloit College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor as a one-year position starting August, 2021. This is a full-time, 9-month position, and includes teaching two laboratory-based courses per semester. The candidate will be expected to teach introductory chemistry and contribute to the analytical and/or inorganic chemistry curriculum. Candidates who have completed the requirements (or all requirements but the dissertation) for the Ph.D. degree by the starting date are preferred. We especially seek candidates who have demonstrated success in working with diverse populations of students. This position is an excellent opportunity to teach in a department known for innovative pedagogy.
