    • Position Description:

    The Assistant Director of Financial Aid is anintegral part of the College of Law’s enrollment team and is the point personfor the financial aid and scholarship needs of its students.

    Qualifications:

    Education/experience/licensing:

      Bachelor’s degree At least two years of financial aid or higher education experience
     Communication and other skills:

       Written and oral skills Ability to interact with students, staff, and government officialsAbility to assure that students understand the financial aid process and their responsibilitiesAbility to publicly present on financial aid topicsStrong computer skills; knowledge of Banner highly preferredMust have the ability to, as well as meet the requirements to complete and maintain mandatory training per the University mandatory training policy pursuant to the deadlines set forth therein.

    Working Conditions:This position will work in an office setting with lighting and ventilation. Position will require sitting and computer use for long periods of time, also intermittent standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting. Works in a professional office environment with possible high stress levels.
