Assists faculty and staff with purchasing office supplies, course supplies, and supplies for grants by following FSU procurement policies and processes. Tracking of office inventory and purchasing supplies as needed. Assist academic staff and graduate directors in the production of content and visual materials for brochures and other recruiting materials. Assists graduate directors in development and display of content for boards and cases highlighting the department's program. Assists chair in generating and posting material for department's social media presence. Assists faculty, staff, and students with creating travel and expense reports following department and FSU policies.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience related to the duties of this position.
(Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.)
Experience gathering, interpreting, reporting, and/or editing information.
Experience prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other applicable computer applications.Pay Plan This is an USPS (University Support Personnel System) position.Schedule 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday (20 hrs a week)Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
