Location: New Orleans, LA

Manages the day-to-day administrative operations of the Deming Graduate Housing building including, but not limited to, collecting rents, direct contact with tenants, and overseeing custodial services for building. Responsible for all charges/credits for Deming on students' accounts. This is a high turnover facility that accommodates a variety of long and short-term student programs. This is an Essential Personnel position, which can require that the incumbent must report for duty and work through emergencies, and also can be designated by the supervisor as essential for the accomplishment of work, or for the completion of a critical task.
