FSU's Equal Opportunity Statement can be viewed at: http://www.hr.fsu.edu/PDF/Publications/diversity/EEO_Statement.pdfResponsibilities Oversees relationships with High School Coaches in the State of Florida and Southeast to include the following: Track coaching changes and update recruiting database to ensure accuracy; Create and maintain relationships with HS Coaches and key school stakeholders of identified prospects; Maintain relationship with HS Coaches of current Student-Athletes; Create weekly correspondence plan for High School Coaches to reinforce program values; Invite and process Comp Tickets for HS Coaches attending home Florida State Football Games; Organize HS Football Coaches socials on campus and in key cities;Host HS Football Coaches who attend Official Visits and Unoffical Visits; Host coaching clinics;Point of contact for HS Combines and All-Star Games.

Oversee Football Walk-on Program to include the following: Coordinate with Director of Player Personnel positional numbers; Meet regularly with current walk-ons and maintain strong relationship; Monitor current walk-on player academic performance; Monitor current walk-on player compliance with Sports Medicine; Monitor current walk-on player compliance with Strength & Conditioning; Monitor current walk-on player compliance with Equipment Department; Monitor current walk-on player compliance with Nutrition Department and housing arrangements; Correspond with current walk-ons on summer program and fall roster spots; Assist Director of Personnel with roster management of the 105 /120 limitations; Identification of new walk-on players thru HS Coaches; Evaluate potential walk-ons; Perform academic assessment; Promote Bright Scholars Program to prospective walk-ons; Perform walk-on tryouts on campus; Onboard all new walk-ons to the program; Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed; Communicate with all support departments for any new players into the program.

Assist with Pro Liaison in establishing scouting availability calendar, scouting visits to campus. Assist with developing player profiles for NFL Scouts and in preparation and administration for Pro Day. Maintain relationship with College All-Star games.

Assist with securing speakers for Professional Development series.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and six years of experience related experience within the appropriate athletics discipline; or a high school diploma or equivalent and ten years of the same related experience. (Note: Post-high school education may substitute at the comparable rate.)

Experience or knowledge in organizing and managing all football recruiting operations.
Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations.
Advanced understanding of the sport of football at the high school, collegiate or professional level.
Experience using the internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel to prepare weekly/monthly reports as needed.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
