Position Summary:

The Department of Biology at UNC-Chapel Hill will hire a visiting lecturer to teach BIOL 253, Advanced Human Anatomy & Physiology, during the second summer session of 2021. This course provides in-depth study of physiological mechanisms at molecular, cellular, and system levels of organization. Strong candidates should have the skills needed to teach a modern A & P course. The instructor is responsible for presenting 5 90-minute lectures a week, holding weekly office hours, preparing exams, and assigning grades.

Education Requirements:

PhD or appropriate graduate level training

Relevant teaching experience
