Job Summary:Responsible for the daily operations of the UK Aesthetics Clinic. Monitors patient wait times and efficiently communicates any anticipated delays to patient and team. Responsible for daily operations and serves as primary supervisor of all registration staff and Medical Assistants in the Aesthetics Center. Responsible for training, performance, and clinical coverage of all registration support staff. Manages staff daily workload, task assignments, coverage and performance. Monitors staff for areas of excellence, need for improvement and customer service. Coaching and oversight of compliance of all staff with UK Healthcare Behavioral Expectations for service excellence. Attends meetings, conferences and/or trainings to better develop skills and stay current with policies and procedures. Creates registration schedule for the Aesthetics Center in advance and works with APP/Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure sufficient personnel resources are available in advance of approving requests for time off of registration staff.

Preferred Education/Experience:Associate’s Degree.
Experience in AEHR, APM and clinical operations
