Hiring Department School of Social Work Responsibilities
The coordinator will facilitate recruitment efforts, streamline data collection, develop integrated behavioral health professional trainings, implement the career services network, and assist with the bi-weekly training seminar that UMSL BHWET students take in conjunction with their practicum.
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Develops implementation plans for various programs/projects
- Performs a variety of standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, resourcing, etc., as necessary
- Provides input to long-term strategic planning and budgeting
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Analyzes information (e.g., project plans, budgets) and uses standard practices to make informed judgments and recommendations
- Impacts own work team
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines in accordance with established priorities, timelines, funding limitations, etc.
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding
- Develops working relationships with internal parties and may work with external parties, as needed
