The Payroll Administrator will coordinate all payroll processing & personnel administration for all areas under the Senior Vice President for Operations. We are looking for a collaborative teammate to work closely with Human Resources and Occupational Health on all workers compensation claims as well as employees and managers to solve employee payroll errors and assist with benefit needs.


Essential functions include:

  • Coordinate weekly payroll data entry responsibilities with other Payroll Administrator for all hourly personnel in the organizational unit. Balance weekly to ensure all timesheets captured accurately.
  • Manage the initial setup of all new employees to the in-house system. Process appropriate HR forms through various University offices and oversee flow to ensure completed. Provide information for job postings as needed.
  • Coordinate with managers for time and personnel related training. Ensure timesheets for employees are processed properly and any related forms in SAP to reflect any employees approved for workers compensation.
Required Skills
  • B.A./B.S. degree or commensurate experience
  • One to three years of experience
