The University of Missouri Saint Louis is searching for a software support specialist to support the CRM team. As a member of the CRM team you will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent engaging student experience as they use their CRM system. Additionally this position will require collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on requested features.

This position is within the Division of IT Services, which manages and supports the campus shared services centralized administrative and academic services, development and operational service of the University of Missouri Saint Louis campus.

Basic Function & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new features
  • Maintain data integrity and quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot CRM related issues
  • Integrate CRM with third party systems
  • Support end users with any problem
  • Design dashboard and reporting analytics
Minimum QualificationsA bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, and at least 2 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
  • Experience with a CRM or equivalent system
  • High level of accountability to oneself and to the team
  • Commitment to achieve results despite tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver features on time
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience with Slate CRM
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
