- Receive and schedule reservation requests for facility use for both on- and off-campus groups. Explain the rules and regulations for use of University facilities. Discuss the purpose of the meeting and anticipated number of participants to determine appropriate scheduling of rooms.Assist patrons in planning events. Explain availability of dining services/catering, audiovisual equipment and special accommodations. Offer suggestions in these areas as needed.Produce daily reports for facility set up/tear down, cleaning and security.Compile and produce daily operations reports and corresponding setup diagrams.Distribute daily to staff involved in setup of next day's eventsPrepare reports periodically on facilities use, dining service events, etc.Prepare or assist in preparation of billing and invoices in connection with reservations.Perform other duties as assigned.
Prior experience in computerized reservation scheduling programs and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
