Primary Purpose and Essential Functions
The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for an ABA 405© compliant lawyering skills position to commence at the start of the 2021-22 academic year. We seek applications from exceptional candidates who have a demonstrated interest in skills teaching, and who are excited about being part of a collegial, student-oriented, committed faculty. The successful candidate will teach in McGeorge's two-year Global Lawyering Skills program, which covers legal research, writing, and oral advocacy, and will also have an opportunity to engage in scholarship and pursue other areas of teaching interest and expertise. Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree; exceptional academic record; excellent written communication skills; Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree; exceptional academic record; excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated interest in teaching and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications
Commitment to the vision, mission and core values of the law school; excellent interpersonal skills; technological competence.
