Assistant Director, Executive Education (Marketing) - Daniels College of Business

This position is responsible for helping to direct the marketing of programs in Executive Education including both custom and open enrollment programs. Over half of the time is devoted to marketing outreach (including email, digital, social media and traditional marketing collateral, while also assisting in the development of proposals for potential clients. The position collaborates on business development activities, works heavily within the CRM (Salesforce) program, works closely with the Executive Director and fellow Assistant Director on custom proposals, and manages the marketing elements of all Exec Ed partnerships (both internally in the University and with external groups).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing (email, digital, advertising, content creation, collateral creation, social media, and content development).
- Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (email, digital, advertising, content creation, collateral creation, social media, and content development).
- Prior experience with budget development, planning, and analysis.
- Prior experience with Adobe Suite.
- Advanced skills in online marketing tools, Salesforce, Pardot, and Banner.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is 10.
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $65,000.
