Adjunct Faculty – Physical Therapy Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Baker College of Muskegon
Compensation: Compensation based on education and existing rates for similar positions within Baker College Professional Services, Inc.
Start Date: Summer 2021
Reports To: Program Director
Work Schedule: Varied by course section; Maximum 28 hours per week

Baker College Professional Services, Inc. seeks to hire an individual to be assigned to the position of ADJUNCT FACULTY - PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) for the benefit of and to be located at Baker College of Muskegon.
General Statement of Duties:The primary purpose of the Part-Time Adjunct Faculty is to teach courses in area of expertise.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field and PT or PTA credential preferred
- Associate’s degree in related field and PT or PTA credential required
- Clinical Neurological Management of Patient Experience preferred
- Clinical teaching experience preferred
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas, Solar, Google Apps, and the Internet
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver independently up to 25 lbs.
- Teach up to a maximum 9 credit hours per semester
- Revise, review and/or develop curriculum, as needed
- Complete all required professional development/training
- Collect and submit required assessment of student learning data
- Participate in appropriate campus and system committees, meetings, projects, and activities
- Other duties as assigned
