Job SummaryThe Academic Achievement Center is a resource center that supports students with all aspects of succeeding in college. The AAC Administrative Assistant will serve as point of first contact for students and visitors to the Academic Achievement Center, maintaining records, organizing materials, and supporting the daily operation of the AAC. Administrative Assistants will clean AAC spaces and assist students and staff in fulfilling the college's mission. This position will be evenings and weekends in the AAC (LIB 107).
Required Qualifications-High school graduate or equivalent
-Two years of related work experience in an academic or closely-related work setting
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to meet with students from a variety of backgrounds
-Proficiency in the use of personal computer
-Proficiency in Word and Excel
-Experience with Accucampus or other student tracking system
-Experience in Higher Education
-Experience in a resource center for student support
