Position Summary:

Under general supervision of the Finance Director, the incumbent has responsibility for analysis and review of assigned department accounts. They will manage all affiliation funds assigned, such as CHOC, providing routine reporting, invoicing, monitoring, income analysis per contract terms, and ledger transaction in KFS. Incumbent will prepare all faculty income statements and monitor all compensation plan funds. Position designs, develops, and maintains databases related to the major affiliation agreements as well as the other income streams towards faculty compensation.

Compensation Range:

Hourly $23.75 - $36.21

Required:

3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Intermediate knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing clearly and concisely. Demonstrated interpersonal skills at all levels within the unit; excellent service orientation and critical thinking skills; and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability using organizational skills to multi-task in a high volume environment. Demonstrated ability using spreadsheet and database software for moderately complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports. Ability to gather reasonably retrievable information to organize, and perform basic financial analysis assignments. Working knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems. Ability to function as a member of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
